Making the World Better, One Nervous System at a Time​

I believe real change starts from within—but it ripples outward. When we heal ourselves, regulate our nervous systems, and build emotional resilience, we show up differently in our relationships, our communities, and the world. My work is about helping people become their best selves so they can make the world better,too.

What I do

Through evidence-based counseling, movement practices, and immersive experiences, I help people break cycles, release patterns that no longer serve them, and push past limiting beliefs so they can step into their potential with grounded confidence.

But I don't stop there. I use my skills to foster community, support marginalized voices, and create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued—because individual healing becomes collective healing.
